While the casual grunt Zombies may be too easy for you to shoot and kill, the armored zombies have some sort of protective coverings that make them hard to kill.
Your firearm bullets, projectiles, and even explosive damage will prove less lethal on the armored zombies. It is highly possible to kill them efficiently if you focus fire on exposed weak spots.
