Imagine RIOT gear officers turning into zombies, you have the Heavy Zombies variant! This enemy type has the highest body-shot protection and is more difficult to kill than the armored zombies. Even with all the protection from firearms and explosive damage, you can still eliminate them if you find a sweet spot.
